The following material governs the use of this application. By clicking the “YES” or “I AGREE” button, YOU (the “User”) agree to all the provisions under this Terms of Use Agreement. By continuing to use the application, YOU certify that you have read, understood, and accepted all provisions below, that you are of legal age, not a robot, and are under no legal impediment.

1. AGREEMENT

This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding contract between YOU (the “User”) and 3Click Inc. (the “Company,” “Website,” “3Click Inc.”). By accessing our website or using the application, the User agrees to be bound by these terms and to use the website at their own risk, including the processing of personal information (PI) or sensitive personal information (SPI) by 3Click Inc.

3Click Inc. reserves the right to update this Terms of Use Agreement as required by legal or regulatory changes or to improve the functionality of the website. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

If the User does not agree to these terms, they must not continue using the website.

2. SERVICE DISCLAIMER

3Click Inc. is solely a digital platform that connects service providers with service seekers. The Company is not involved in any of the actual service activities, work arrangements, or financial transactions between Users. All interactions, agreements, and transactions between service providers and service seekers are conducted at their own risk and discretion.

3Click Inc. does not handle, process, or refund any money exchanged between Users. Users must exercise caution and verify the legitimacy of any offers before making payments or entering into agreements.

As this is a new platform, Users may experience a limited number of available service providers. We are actively working to onboard more service providers to improve the platform’s efficiency. We appreciate your patience and support.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Before availing or providing any service, Users must verify all information from their end. This is particularly important when hiring caregivers, household helpers, or any other service provider. 3Click Inc. does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any service provider’s qualifications or legitimacy. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging in any service-related transactions.

3. USER RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1 Limited License

3Click Inc. grants the User a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access and use the website solely for legitimate purposes, including:

  • Inquiring about 3Click Inc.’s services
  • Searching for service providers
  • Offering services
  • General informational browsing
3.2 Prohibited Uses

Users may not use the website for:

  • Posting libelous, harassing, threatening, or obscene content
  • Copying or reproducing content without authorization
  • Interfering with other Users’ access
  • Transmitting illegal or malicious content

Additionally, Users must not:

  • Violate website security or reverse-engineer code
  • Impersonate others or post false info
  • Disrupt operations or send spam/fraud/phishing attempts
  • Engage in hate speech or discrimination

Special Note: Consultancies and third parties may not use platform data for unauthorized purposes. Misuse may lead to legal action.

4. USER DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

3Click Inc. respects Users' privacy and processes data according to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

4.1 Information Collected
  • Subscribed Providers: Business name, address, contact, service listings
  • Subscribed Seekers: Full name, address, DOB, ID, photo, service needs
4.2 Purpose of Data Collection
  • Service matching
  • User identity verification
  • Improve service functionality
4.3 Data Sharing

Data may be shared only between registered users during service transactions with explicit consent.

4.4 User Rights

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content and trademarks belong to 3Click Inc. Users may display and store content for personal use only. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

6. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY & LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

While 3Click Inc. strives to ensure website uptime, issues may occur. Users accept that:

  • Downtime due to maintenance is possible
  • Company is not liable for losses from outages, errors, or third-party fraud
  • Users must verify listings and information before engaging

7. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes must go through arbitration or mediation before litigation.

8. CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT

3Click Inc. may update these terms anytime. Users will be notified, and continued use implies acceptance of changes.
